Clarence D. Castile is a dedicated community activator, CEO, and Founder of the Better Ways Outreach Foundation. As a prostate cancer survivor, he is deeply committed to serving and uplifting his community through a focus on prevention and early detection of chronic health issues affecting Black and Brown men. After losing his nephew, Philando Castile, to gun violence in 2016. Clarence has served on Governor Mark Dayton’s Council on Law Enforcement and Community Relations and was appointed to the Minnesota POST Board by Governor Tim Walz. He also participated in the Deadly Force Encounters Work Group with Attorney General Keith Ellison. Currently, Mr. Castile serves as the CEO of Lights On! A program of Microgrants!

With over nine years of experience working with diverse populations, she excels in building positive relationships with stakeholders and coordinating impactful community events. A dedicated team player skilled in meeting management and program development, Lisa’s commitment to excellence enhances our outreach efforts and enriches the experience for our members. Kenneth Washington II is the District Business Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he leads a team of sales specialists in immuno-oncology. With an MBA and over 20 years of experience in pharma, he specializes in developing sales strategies, analyzing market data, and creating plans to address challenges and grow opportunities. He’s passionate about mentoring and developing his team, fostering a high-performing culture, and leading through change. With expertise across various disease areas—including CNS, respiratory, urology, and cardiovascular—Kenneth builds strong partnerships and works across teams to meet organizational goals. His goal is to inspire his team and customers to achieve excellence in immuno-oncology.
