The Better Ways Outreach Foundation is a grassroots, community-based nonprofit committed to improving the lives of individuals and families through intentional outreach, educational awareness, and culturally responsive support. Founded with a deep passion for healing and empowerment, our work is rooted in serving Black and Brown communities who are often overlooked, under insured or underserved.

Why We Exist
Inspired by personal loss and a powerful legacy, our Founder & CEO, Clarence D. Castile created Better Ways Outreach to build safer, healthier communities.
Through intentional relationship-building and culturally grounded programming, we seek to disrupt cycles of generational trauma and preventable health disparities—starting with men’s health.
